BINDER has developed a chain conveyor especially for dolly, tray trolleys and order picking trolleys/picking frames.
With this special conveyor technology, roll containers or dollies with different dimensions can be conveyed safely. Reliable BINDER chain conveyors with single / duplex chains or belts serve as the basis. The chains support the bottom of the container, the wheels can move freely, but are secured against tilting by means of adapted guides.
There is a suitable solution for every requirement. Changes of direction are carried out with turntables. Vertical conveyors connect the conveyor technology on different levels if required. A combination solution is also offered: the conveying of pallets and roll containers using the same conveyor technology. For this, the pallets are conveyed in the fork spaces.
